general issue passports?
ok I just received my U.S. passport and im going to be heading to Europe to ride the rail system across Europe so I was wondering at every stop in another country their stamp in your passport or what any help would be great
depends the place you go in Europe. Most of Western Europe in the Schengen "zone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schengen_Agreement) have passport controls between countries so you will not get stamps for each country. If you stay in the Schengen area, it will probably get an airport / airport to stamp. However, if you plan to go to Eastern Europe then you will get the stamps individual entry for countries like the Czech Republic, Hungrary, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia. Switzerland in general, if you stamp ask nicely!
