Where can I find / train tickets for rail travel in Europe?

Many sites do not show the price for a single trip. I intend Travel by rail from Rome to Cinque Terre Cinque Terre to Genoa Genoa to Milan to Rome, I am aware of the Eurail pass but I want to know individual rates. Some of my trips are short, and I think it reduces the advantage of having a Eurail Pass. Anyway, I wonder individual rates. Thank you for the information about Eurail.
