JR Rail Pass can be used during peak hours on Shinkansen Hikari?
I'm in Kyoto, but my flight is 14 hours from Tokyo Narita. Can I use the JR Rail Pass during peak hours? I think taking the Shinkansen Hikari at 7:30 this morning from Kyoto to Tokyo Station and transfer to the airport Narita. Then JR Rail Pass Shinkansen reserve a ticket in advance to make sure I have a ticket from Kyoto to Tokyo? Should I be concerned by something? How Shinkansen rush hour? Thank you.
You must arrive at the station of the Narita Airport before noon for the control safe to return home.
