Help with European travel Please!?

Hello! I'm traveling for two weeks across Europe Verona Italy to Paris, Munich and Rome. with sites like Eurail and Rail Europe, we can not buy tickets, if we are not currently in Europe. but I 'm in Italy and will be until we leave for Paris on July 4. (This is the case we can never understand how to get a freakin ticket!) How for tickets to travel in Europe, they are already in Europe! please help!
