I'm looking for some European cities to visit?

Im planning to travel around Europe for 2-3 Mabey months longer necessary. I'll have a car so it will be my main method of travel between cities. I know it would be more then a rail crossing or other methods, but im willing to sacrifice for convenience. There are 2 of us traveling. My main question is whether someone has some good ideas in what cities to visit. We really want to see many large cities, but have also been a consultant to see a large number of cities off the beach and has many places to visit as you can. My second question is if someone can give me advice on anything and everything in general. This will be my first time to travel to Europe without my family or visiting relatives.

Be sure to visit Slovenia and at least the capital city, Ljubljana, Bled and mountainous region of the sky Spa Portoroz!
