Travel routes are often so crammed with activities that we forget time for play and exercise. Easy Exercises

3. Packaging a set of dumbbells is not practical when you try keep your luggage light. You can easily configure a weight lifting routine with weights filled with water. An Internet search for "water-filled dumbbell" will find many online stores. A cheap alternative: save the blank when you buy bottled water and use as weights place. A bottle filled with a pint of water weighs about a pound. You will not loose weight with these small, but fast repetitions will give you an aerobic workout.

1. Avoid the elevator when it possible and use the stairs.

2. Walking alone in the strange streets can be intimidating (and even dangerous) in some areas. Instead, the park outside a large shopping center and take a quick tour of window shopping.

3. Instead of watching television from a position sitting or lying down, walking quickly in place, pumping your arms vigorously at the same time.

In addition to the dumbbells full of water mentioned above, consider packing one or more of the following. They will not take up much space in your suitcase or add much weight to your luggage.

Use your imagination

Important

On long flights, get up and walk around as often as possible. This helps keep your circulatory system work effectively and contribute to prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Do not attempt to introduce an intense physical exercise during your vacation if you're out of shape to start. Check with your doctor, physiotherapist, chiropractor or other health professional about a pre-holiday exercise routine. Ask specifically on exercises in this section to ensure they will not exacerbate existing problems or back injuries.
