europe rail ticket Europe Rail Ticket
How much money do I need to go on a trip to Europe?

I want to go to Europe for a few weeks and see many countries as I can before to attend college. How do I need for airline tickets, passage of the railing, food, inns, etc.?

Flights: it depends when you and your home airport. You can check prices or somewhere like Skyscanner Momondo. Flying on a major airport is the least expensive. http://momondo.com http://skyscanner.net Rail: again, depends. This link says all you need to know. Hostels http://www.seat61.com/Europe.htm: Western Europe, expect to pay 20-25 € for a decent hostel in the city center. You can find them cheaper, but they are generally is in an awkward location or a low level. http://tripadvisor.com http://www.hihostels.com/ food: depends on the country and if you agree to your own food, eating fast food or like eating in restaurants more enjoyable. You can get by with € 10/day simple meals (such as sandwiches) in grocery stores. If you want to eat 3 meals a cheap date, you will need about € 30. If you want to eat in restaurants real nightlife / drinking, etc, you'll need more (€ 50 +). Wikipedia is a really good site to use for budgeting once you've done your route. That city guides are very complete, and the general price list of different hostels, restaurants and attractions. I http://wikitravel.org/en/Travel_topics usually recommend about € 2000/month for a low-budget travel, air travel and expenses to exit. That's about $ 700/week, you can convert to http://xe.com. I really advise you not to try to see as much as possible in a short time, but to concentrate on a few cities, in place (2 per week maximum). It's less stressful and more enjoyable .. otherwise, half of your trip will travel.
