travel by rail in europe Travel By Rail In Europe
How to go to Guangzhou from Hongkong, to Shanghai from Guangzhou, from shanghai to Beijing? (by bus/train?)?

What / How is the most practical and economical ways to travel around China (Hongkong, shanghai, macao, shenzen, guangzhou, beijing) ?
Are there trains which connect among cities in China ? (for example in Europe we can travel using express train / euro rail)
Can you share any tipps for traveling in china

Hong Kong to Guangzhou:
Take train from Kowloon Train Station, costs HKD200 per trip and 1 hour 30 mins to take you to Guangzhou East Railway Station.

Guangzhou to Shanghai:
Take flight from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, costs RMB900 and 2 hours to get to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. By train is not recommended as its nasty toilet, lousy, unreliable, and easy to get stolen.

Guangzhou to Beijing:
Take flight from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, air ticket costs from RMB600, flight takes 3 hours 15 mins to get to Beijing. By train is also an alternative during Olympic peak time, train ticket costs RMB620 and can only be booked 10 days before departure date.
