I need help planning a trip to Europe.?
My mother and I are planning a dream trip to Europe. It is one way out but we want to know how to start saving now. Our ideal trip: Fly from San Francisco to London (2 days) Train Paris (night) Train to Prague (schedule and finish at Vienna) Fly from Vienna to the SFO The only thing that is not modifiable is Prague – Vienna. We would like to do in London or Paris, one or two days. This may be the beginning or end and we would take the train to travel within Europe (cannot make heads or tails of the train system), we can train on the front or rear of Prague / Vienna. Any help would be wonderful! Additional Questions: What is the best airline? We want a little luxury without the cost. How do I find the best price the train tickets? What is the best route? Nice and affordable to London or Paris that are in the best areas.
HEY! If I you, I chose London, not Paris. London has Big Ben, the London Eye, Buckingham Palice, madamtwoswords or as you spell it (the wax museum, wax people that look real) the London Dungeons, the Museum of London, Tower Bridge and the Millennium Dome! not to mention the west end (west end of London is known for having the best pieces in the world) and you have theater glob (William Shakespeare's plays in one place FuW hundred years ago) And instead of going to Prague, I would go to Munich (Bavaria, southern Germany) You can then make quick trips to Nuremberg, newswanstein http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=MHzefouE_y0&feature=related and Salzberg (Salzberg is the Austrian border, is where the sound of music was filmed) in Nuremberg, and Salzberg newswanstein are all about take two hours to reach by train from Munich. You meet people turn to the station in Munich and they take you there and back with other tourists (tourists mainly U.S.). Munich is a beautiful city! It is also an excellent starting point because you can travel to other locations such as i before mentioning other easily and to return one day. You can even go to Dachau, there is a concentration camp, it is about 10 miles outside Munich, it only takes a train journey 8 minuets to get there. This can also be done with a lathe, I would recommend, as your guide indicates many Whent information about the camp. It was very sad, but the story im crazy and just had to see. I wish you a good time when you go!
